He is dumping shares fast and furious and obviously would love people to not dump their shares for a loss while APCX is dumping at steep discounts to the bid price.
If a mass selloff does not occur until it is at $0.0001, he will be able to dump billions more shares. The lower the share price, the more shares he has to dump to get the same cash he needs to stay afloat a little longer.
