Spoke to Brian:

1. 10K will be on time as far as he knows. Check.

2. Land deal in Chile is down to brass tacks, lawyers haggling over very minor points, but nearly done.

3. Land deals elsewhere also proceeding nicely, but he would like to PR all them in a batch.

4. The company will aggressively seek uplist once they are current on docs, are already corresponding with OTC markets on this subject.

5. MOST IMPORTANTLY: William's ultimate goal, he says, is to accumulate land assets and sell to an NYSE-listed company, as many of us here have long suspected.

Overall, I am more confident than I was before.
