because Davies wanted a controlling interest in ALCL so he didnt need a vote for the merger. Seein that I didnt get to vote on the CPWY side , I would suspect they got the 51% okie dokie from those who are carrying substantial numbers of shares, so they didnt have to get an all out vote. I think the 900 million are for brokers to get this thing trading. I think Parsons, from watching how cautious he has been with shares of xpgh/cpwy, knows better than to dilute the stock. I bet they have lined up funding some other way. They have lots of business contacts between them. This isnt this teams first rodeo. JMHO IF there is some error in my thinking please let me know.
