can we please reasonably debate this?

Can you give reasons how BEHL did not go out of business?
Does the company you invested in still exist today?

Can we not be stubborn for once and actually discuss the facts that occurred and where things are today. Let's throw any presumptions out of the window, on both sides of the fence to be fair.

Please I honestly am trying to understand, what tangible evidence exists to show that the company did not fold in December 2010?
