Who is Daniel R. Nelson?

From that 8K:

I found a 'Daniel R. Nelson' in Spokane and one as head of West One Bancorp - could be the same guy and could be the one from "Identity Inc". Or not!

I should know for sure by 9:30 AM tomorrow; but maybe not.
