for those VERY reasons you just gave, is the reason we don't want to see the financials until they can support a higher stock price....

And officers can lend the company money, that does NOT screw us, and to be quite frank, knowing shade, he's not putting out a dime out of his pocket to pay bills. This guy is cheaper than the day is long and this stock was in a malaise for years.....

Time will tell, and thats all we got right now.
