Any stock you buy, pinksheet or blue chip, there is always speculation. If you bought Walmart and Microsoft over the last five years, you wouldn't have made a penny. I think all CPWY shareholders were pleasantly surprised by getting the two for one deal. I go back to the point I've made many times: Davies, who waited five years to find the right company and who invested over five million of his own money to buy Atlas stock, would not enter into this merger unless he saw actual contracts. I believe before or after the merger, we will get some huge news that will compensate for any dilution. In all the years I've been with the company, I have never felt more positive about the direction of CPWY.
