Even with 800 mil OS , and only based on KCKC holdings alone, PPS fair market value should be .01 ...thats the worst case sinario X 4, of course OS should be no more than 200 mil even if if share traded in last 3 days were dilution !!! I am not worried about PPS making a U-Turn , I am worried about not having more funds on time to load some at a bargain PPS .
