you will still be talking about the same old stories three

I guess we could debate what "being in business" means. While it is true that you can still buy BEHL stock, what else is there? You can't call anyone, you can't visit a working office anywhere and speak to an employee working there, you can't order any product of any kind from anyone. If you just won the lottery and wanted to save BEHL how would you get in contact with anyone to even start the conversation. In my opinion, that fits the definition of not being in business.
