Pink sheets information is not correct or up-to-date. The float is not 12 mill, it is 91 mill.

The company filings are what you need to look at, not the pinksheets website. The float and A/S were confirmed in the call yesterday with the CEO as well, DD.

The Company recently announced its intent to change the Capitalization structure as follows: the par
value of its common shares was changed to $.025, and its total issued and authorized shares are equal
to 999,184,352, of which restricted shares total 907,688,847 and free trading shares total 91,495,505.
All of those changes have been finalized.
