Very interesting observation. I've seen this exact scenario played out in other stocks. And the controlling group can keep it up for many months. I haven't watched this one very closely, so I'm not familiar with the action on L2. I just threw a little money at it when I saw the share buyback news. If we don't see a little run here soon, I'll move my money elsewhere...no big deal.
