It's nothing at all. Some people say it means news is coming, some say it's MM's needed shares, it's all BS IMO. Just someone who gets a kick out of knowing people will get excited when they see it. It means nothing. It's just surprising that they would keep placing them for $2 plus commission..makes no sense..
