This would help explain why they keep failing miserably in their promises to produce the financials, although most of us already suspected that these documents would act as an historical indictment of their m.o. I believe very strongly that they sold millions of shares of stock during the manipulated highs in the pps. If anybody thinks otherwise, the obligation is upon jd to produce all those promised documents and prove otherwise.

By "anybody", I'm speaking hypothetically, of course ... :>)
