No. It has been categorized in the company's financials as a "trust deposit" and reported last quarter. Since then, the company has constantly updated that it is waiting on the first tranche to hit their account from the funding partner. In addition, the company said once funds are cleared in their account they will be lifted from the NDA, so we'd be hearing about the details of the project if that were the case. Finally, there is no way the first tranche will be as miniscule as $400K...think multi million dollars.
