Close to downtrend being broken here, capitalution volume two days ago it seems. Alert still set.

Fairly small float compared to total outstanding shares and actual IP portfolio for delivery system.

Shares tendered (55%) would indicate some 120mln shares tendered which is a large chunk in a few big hands, regardless of deal going through or not.
