Not saying that it's a bad PR. I do like the fact that the company is getting the word out again on its supposed "core market". Also like the fact that they are aiming for the Lululemon market. I missed that in recent months.
But the advertised "benefit" to a customer is simply their right to exercise the refund policy - which they have anyway!
