I don't trust any of them.

But, I must admit, if it's not a scam and if Arcland actually pulls this off (what morons would lend these guys $125 million!?), they will be sitting mighty pretty...Arcland shares would soar; while Pilgrim gets 10% of it. And some group will figure out a quick and backdoor way to own up to 10% of Arcland is by buying out dirt-cheap PGPM.
