ill give you that gc but my beef is if qtig has to issue alllll those shares to make it a 1 for 1 merger then why the heck not use qtig shares to fund the company and the merger...they are gonna dilute scmi and well get less than a 1 for 1 in the new company....WE ARE ALL OVER THIS PETER!!! CAN YOU SAY LAWSUIT...I CAN!!
