Too many unknowns

to make a reasoned decision - imo. The sellers are receiving our stock (and debt relief); I can't imagine they will give up controlling interest in their Co. for....worthless penny stock?

Hard financial data is needed - This PR was poor, shame on Mgt for that...More here than meets the eye!
