I contacted Hayden a few months ago to query what they intended to do about some bashing posting that was going on at the time. His exact words were basically that they had no interest in small investors they were only interested in large scale and institutions. I thought that was the dumbest comment I had ever heard from an IR firm. Surely their job is to be interested in everyone. I'd be interested to see if you get any sort of response. It worries me that management would hire such a company.
