Dude I understand but you will feel more at
ease when you develop a relationship with him
and feel it out yourself......open forums like this are ....well...
open, so everyone can counter with a neg/pos so put the ball
in your court

Remember this WHOLE sector is in unchartered territory now
so there will be some nicks and dings along the way until there
is a business model that proves to work in some sense....
