In earlier PRs Scott had mentioned that some/most calling sales positions were strictly commissioned, so if callers were home based, there would be very little overhead...for those that were calling from company offices then overhead would be higher to cover desk/phones/stationery/long distance/heat/light/airconditoning, etc...over and above any salaries...I do not expect that all sales calls are from "salaried" staff, especially any that are from areas other than Tampa...JMHO
