"The Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding on December 7, 2009 to acquire an 80% interest in China Dragon Telecom Limited ("China Dragon Telecom") and its affiliates based in Hong Kong, China. The negotiations and execution of definitive agreements, regulatory approval and the performence of other customary conditions is expected to be completed in mid-2011 due to additional audit procedures that are needed to issue the audited financials of China Dragon Telecom. As of March 31, 2011, China Dragon Telecom was still being audited by an accounting firm."
