Or, Mr. Teague, it could be just a classic 43-101. I've seen docs like this before, too, and you have to assess the man behind the doc because it's true it could just be old newspaper. An acquisition like this has to go through lawyers and terms have to be debated and the other side has a say in those terms which go through negotiations. You don't know all that goes into a release like this and neither do I. But Benhope does and I know he's an honest, straight forward person. This hasn't been hastily concocted.
