Awards granted but not public yet. Speculator29 honestly posted on RB what he was told which was correct and the awards HAVE been sent out for release BUT...
Do you all realize that these morons at the JDA have a webmaster that occasionally "forgets" to get a release online, or somehow just doesn't get it done. The last one was up within 24 hours, but the one before that took over TWO WEEKS if I recall.
Now if this was the case and everybody was getting their shorts so tied up in a knot, that would be funny wouldn't it?

Negotiations/deals NOT finished. Simple as that. And no, we won't be privy to the reasons for the holdup. THIS HAPPENS IN BUSINESS EVERYDAY!!

Awards granted but not public yet. Someone, possibly as high as both presidencies of STP and Nigeria, decided on Thursday night or friday that they need/want that BIG-TIME photo op. Should that be the case, Sam DIMKA would not have lied about the blocks awards being awarded by end of April, he would simply have been overriden. And you know that he/they better not loosen their tongues, because they would loose their job, or possibly have a really unfortunate accident (this is Nigeria...)
Anyhow, staffs are looking at when schedules would work out, and the presidents, surrounded by a few JMC types, will get together for that photo op. whenever they can (or more likely, staffs will start looking at schedules on Monday, heck, this is Africa.)
In all three cases, remember this. THE JDA/JMC/PRESIDENTS DO NOT GIVE A HOOT ABOUT TIMELY RELEASE OF ROUND 2 AWARDS. Nor do they care A BIT about what we ERHE shareholders may think. What are we to them? NOTHING.
