Barking up the wrong tree.

There is no "scorched earth policy" at work by my friend in some attempt to buy a few shares at lower prices. On the flip side, never expect a P&D scheme.

I personally would rather buy a stake in a shell at or even better, below, the price paid by the new majority shareholders.
