EXCEL- in my opinion, an alliance with a major telco will mean a lot more than appears on the surface. One of my concerns has been the lack of BERT results. You can bet your bottom dollar that a telco will want that info before they would even consider doing a field test. I know there are many who have no worries in regards to the BERT, but I'm not one of them. I like to see results and I feel that making the announcement of an alliance will be as close as we're gonna get for awhile. Best regards, Elder.
