Here we go again, lol... Perhaps this is the web here. IHSN acquires HM3, but that is the separate line of business with it's own profit center. IHSN aquires the crosstoner, that one we found last summer. Forbes is brought in by IHSN to help redesign and repackage the product. HM3 just provides production services and consulting services for the crosstoner. The Yaku was a similiar deal. HM3 has it's own porfolio of products IHSN is funding as part of the deal. Tim isn't as rich as we are lead to believe but Chris is (he did excecute that car dealarship I learned about on bloomberg.) This would make sense as to why Tim needed Chris. Perhaps HM3 is 51% owned by IHSN to claim acquistion, but Tim and company kept the rest for their incentives. This may or may not have involved any IHSN stock. I won't revisit the 300 million shares in this web and lets call those unaccounted for for the moment. Round and round I go, lol...
