but main thing they have is brand recognition. It takes a loooonnngggg time to build that.



Very true. The problem with Bravada, though, is that they are not having a brand strategy. One day celebrity endorsement, the other day liquidation sales. One day high market activewear, the other day cheap leggings. What does Bravada stand for?
