it would be really nice if a few of you emailed or called the company and posted some info here, I'm trying my best.

Like I said, the fins are just being finished up by the accountants. I wrote Michael saying they should never have given a hard deadline on the fins, I bitched him out, but he deserves it.

All is well. Dutchess valued MCC at $1.6M last fall when MCC was losing money, what do you think the company is worth now? LOL a lot more...patience here..
