"Skepticism among Wall Street analysts about Tenet’s charges seemed to take root as both Community and Tenet shares started to climb back after incurring heavy losses on Monday.
Tenet is trying to fend off Community’s $6-a-share hostile takeover bid, and has put off its 2011 annual meeting along with adopting a “poison pill” shareholder rights plan. While some analysts cut Community’s ratings on Monday and early Tuesday, several were skeptical that Tenet’s charges would stick."
