i dont know what they are up to, but the delay is purely strategic in my opinion. Everything is done. It has to be or 8k or s1 could not have been filed. only missing piece is q4 financials and those cant take very long and were prob done by mid Feb.

They are possibly depressing the stock price to give someone a killing, or they have a lot to hide..my opinion
