my 3 market bottom filters I will use for >100 recos today at todays market bottom

1. for long stocks>
close above 10 and average volume(30) above 300000 and stock is optionable and rsi(2) below 10 and close above ma(200) and set{aaa,weekly atr(8)/weekly ma(8)} and aaa above 0.04

2. for long etfs>
etf and average volume(50) above 300000 and rsi(2) below 10

3.for short etfs>




etf and average volume(50) above 300000 and rsi(2) above 90
