Yes. The whole point of a publically traded company is to have enough transparency for the market to work. A market is not free when there is no information publically available that allows reasonable people to make reasonable decisions.

BEHL got the best of most of us. I really did love this stock at one time (and that is nearly always a mistake).

Give us this day our daily bread... and lead us not into temptation (ie don't be a greedy fool)...
