Firstly, thanks to all you guys for all of the excellent DD you have done on HNSS.
There are a couple of things that are puzzling me though.
1. HNSS are now in the process of becoming a full reporting company on OTC ... after having stated not so very long ago that their resources were best utilized in building and growing the company, as it is a time consuming and expensive process. What is their agenda ?

2.It has been speculated that one of the reasons for upgrading their status is so they can participate on a European Stock Exchange, possibly Frankfurt. If they were to do this, wouldn't the company have to increase the float, possibly double it. This would be dilution in my book
