after listening to all this talk about mmte the past couple of weeks, i decided to write Mr. Lieberman an email. And he was kind enough to reply within 20 minutes. i decided to post our correspondence on here.
Dear Mr. Lieberman,
There seems to be alot of talk about what is going on with the company. Some people, are, saying that investors are going to be surprised beyond belief, at what has been going on, behind the scenes with MMTE. With its land deals, concessions, and potential mergers with LEXG. I underdand that MMTE filed an extention for April 15, and that alot of investors are expecting a press release or news by or before this date. Even though, i am extremely nervous, about the potential outcome. With all the talk that has been going on about mmte, is there anything that you can comment on. Whether it be a soon to be released pr, the land deals, the concessions, potential mergers, or the april 15 deadline.

We are working on finalizing the year end which should be filed by this Friday this will cover all of 2010.
We are working on our first q due May 15 as well and we expect that investors will be very pleased soon when the company is able to announce what it is accomplishing.
