Finding Certified Tech's in the Solar Industry is lagging from conversations with the installers that installed panels on two homes on my street. Plus trying to get the panels is a huge obstacle and demand that companies are trying to overcome. Right now the demand is huge and the supply and labor is a weak factor. But that will be caught up with the more we progress in this industry.

I just had new windows installed at my Mom's and they took over two months to have made and installed. This after signing the contract. So can you imagine Solar Panels and the demand? HUGE!!!!
