Current GNPR shareholders should do very well once news of the Activision / Genius Products settlement is published. Activision has deep pockets, and will likely pay what it needs to at all costs to avoid going to trial over the Scratch The Ultimate DJ litigation, imo.

Most of the shareholders on record on April 4, 2009 were held by insiders and institutional investors (which all are EXCLUDED from the class) as defined in the complaint.
