I didn't buy this based on Seawinds revenues or earnings from 2 years ago. I bought this for the fact that this merger will incorporate Seawind and Rudana's major projects which they likely could not go forward with until they had the financing. The merger makes Seawinds so much more valuable because they can now go forward with the Billions of dollars in projects they had in their pipeline, and own and operate these projects.

Look at the big picture and try and understand it.
