type in Neomedia and you will get all their filings. Form #4 have stock sales in them. Click on the htlm version, scroll down until you get to the hot link and click on that. Soon you will get it figured out.

The last insider sale was made by Fritz who sold 1.0 million shares on April 14th at 32c each. Smart :) or not :)

Of course in the next column you will see that he still has 29.5 million shares left to sell. We're talkin "rich Boy!!"
