My belief is the merger will happen, just a matter of the PR to announce it. I was right on the Divi and have the faith in the merger, it is just about self preservation for this company and it does get frustrating but patience has paid off in the past. I am assuming a PR should be soon as everyone knows this will be a major step for VIVK and you will not see the current pps again when announced. I have completed tons of research on Resolution Biomedical and they are extremely solid with excellent leadership.
