You were taking about the so called Meller loan. If he didn't spend any of his own capital and simply waived his salary and didn't use any of his own capital, then this is nothing more than the left hand moving debt over to the right IMO!

I'll take my chances on the May 10Q. We'll see what the numbers are. If there aren't significant changes ......I'll exit, however long it takes.
