That is "bigcharts" possibly a bad tick? I was going by exchange data from Tradestation, ThinkorSwim. Both give the low at .13.

But I just checked Interactive Brokers and they have your dip to .1270, so the variance could be do to the different way these folks use the OTC data. I see Ihub is now showing your low as well.

Now the Last is back to .134 Should be an interesting day.
