We have been really busy Prepping up after the Interphex show and following up on many of the leads and orders we have. The accountants are preparing the financials to go up sometime this week. Management is working hard on growing the company, and does not follow the stock, after all the stock should follow the company. Our audited financials are being prepared, and we are continuing on our plan to up list to the bulletin board. There have not been any additional shares issued, and there is no debt conversion being done. You need to check with the transfer agent if you want to verify that.
