well at least he holds 50% of the company even though he got a marvelous deal. Yes it all depends on Covanta for sure. There is also plenty of stock options out at the price of the current trading range.
the problem is he can do anything he wants because he has the majority voting rights. Need to buy a few more cups of popcorn I can see this is going take a while?

With the price of oil going to the moon maybe things will start to happen before the economy completely collapses?
