The non-recyclable "recyclable" waste is already being seperated and collected (usually by mandate) at no extra cost to JBI. That waste is already being shipped all over the country (and world) to landfills at no extra cost to JBI. The price of fuel is of little consequence when faced with legal mandates and requirements to dispose of this waste. It will be shipped and it will be tipped. Only question is where will it be shipped to and what happens to it when it gets there. Niagra Falls is just the begining. Last I checked the plan was for P2O to be replicated across the country and the world. Your waste would go to a local P2O sight which would in fact cut down on fuel usage. If this works (and you are willing to accept the use of hydrocarbon based motor fuel) then I do not see any down side to P2O at all. It is better than the current solution.
