I am going to start a thread regarding dillution later tonight, I think now we must realize that all RLM has said in 2000 can not be trusted, I have a feeling that, IMO, REG S shares, PP's, & of course the debenture bebacle has caused serious dillution since the last filing. If you would like to touch on your feelings about dillution I would greatkly appreciate your views before I post my opinions on the thread.
