fortunately few imo believe in *mailers*
extolling X for returns .. on any stock
on the poorly watched OTC .. including
totally legit co.s' like Horiyoshi

who
as most understand were *victims* of
what is now SOP on the OTC .. and why
so many of us sent the info on to the
SEC .. some of us are a little tired of
every co. on the OTC that has the gall to
actually come public via a R/M ~ being
*CONTROLLED* literally from the outset

this is an easy one for the SEC to *unravel*
if the squeaky wheels pique their *interest*
re: exactly who was involved in those spam
emails and of course the *requisite* short
back down .. the tip off for most was the
total *volume* done over back to back days
in dec .. when almost all of the co.s *FLOAT*
.. er .. traded ~ coupled with all those claims
of *D* .. which of course was flat out bogus ~

Horiyoshi is a legit co. executing their business model ~

and what a disgrace the sec has devolved to where *legit*
co.s on the OTC are concerned .. fully filing or not ~
