All debentures were purchased on December 15 2010 (which is the EXACT SAME TIME CGSYQ's monthly volume shot up 20 times it's normal amount).

Pivotal Group's spinoff corporation handling this HAS BEEN NAMED...

PIVOTAL GLOBAL CAPACITY

So that's the name we are looking for when referring to CGSYQ now.
