Well some of that is true, but the fact is.. Without this merger it's a sub penny waiting to happen. How can you say a shell is worth anything especially half a million dollars. Who wants to buy into a dormant company. I think the merger will happen as well, but if it doesn't this stock isn't worth used toilet paper. Just being honest here, and if you are honest you will agree with that.
